WE DO NOT ACCEPT:
Tires, Wet Paint Cans, Batteries, Asbestos, Oil, Wood, Wire, Fencing Products, Animal Carcasses, Couches/Chairs, Carpets, Mattresses, etc.
Payment Policy and Procedure
Payment is due by the 10th of the service month. Failure to receive a bill will not relieve the customer of charges or the right not to pay. If payment is NOT received AND posted by the 10th of the month, there will be a $5.00 late fee added to your account.

When your account becomes delinquent, i.e. payment was not received for that month's services, it will be SUSPENDED. Once your account is suspended, it will cost the full amount owed on the account plus a minimum of three (3) months to reactivate the account. The customer is responsible for past, current, and/or future charges. Any unpaid charges will be turned over to a collection agency.
TDS Containers
The container supplied to the customer is the property of TDS, LLC, and it is supplied as a courtesy to the customer. If your account is SUSPENDED or the service is STOPPED for any reason, place the container at the curb so that it can be retrieved by a TDS, LLC employee. If the container is lost, stolen, or damaged, the customer may be responsible for the cost of repair and/or replacement of the container.

All garbage must be bagged and placed in the container with the lid closed. Residential and 2-8 yard commercial customers must only place normal bagged household garbage in the containers. All residential 96-gallon carts need to sit 2-4 ft from the roadway and 4-6 ft from any obstructions.
